Ehehe arriving this week you have been very lucky.
Discussions about the weather are quite popular here, among the Italians. However, Luxembourg has so many advantages in my opinion and experience that you can really ignore the clouds and the rain.
One thing to remember: the weather changes quickly. So if it’s raining now, everything can happen in the following hours…
